Mother Tongue Books deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

All prices can be seen in pounds sterling.

For UK customers, every effort will be made to deliver purchases within 14 working days however please allow 28 days for delivery.

Where appropriate we will re-use packaging in order to be green.

Postage costs are as follows 1 book = 2.95, 2-5 books 4.95. 6-10 books 6.95. 11-15 books 8.95 If you are ordering 15 or more books please contact us for pricing.

Products may differ slightly in detail from illustrations.

Should you receive your goods in a damaged condition Mother Tongue Books will replace the items free of charge or issue a refund, providing you send an e-mail or in writing to us and return the faulty items within 14 days

In the case of a refund we will include the cost of original shipment but we are not liable for return shipment payment. Replacements will be shipped free of charge.

Should an order be cancelled by the buyer - the buyer will be charged the cost of return postage plus the cost of additional postal insurance in order to return your books to our suppliers. Unless the order has not yet been dispatched from suppliers to Mother Tongue Books.

Once a refund is agreed it will be issued within 14 days to paypal or by cheque depending on original method of payment.
